The Rule

What the ADA Title II New Rule requires

The Department of Justice's updated Title II rule requires state and local government entities - including public schools and districts - to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA for all web content and mobile applications. Compliance deadlines are role-dependent. Most institutions don't yet have training in place that maps requirements to the actual tasks their staff perform daily.

What A11yAndy provides

  • Role-specific guidance - separate packets for teachers, administrators, and secretarial staff, each covering only the tasks relevant to that role.
  • Print & web formats - 6 HTML files per packet. Print on 8.5×11 or host in your local education environment.
  • Customizable - edit and brand to your institution. Redistribution outside your organization is not permitted.
